Get help with BookWizard

Reach BookWizard support for billing, studio questions, and onboarding. Email support@bookwizardai.com — we route product and account issues quickly.

Email support

The fastest way to reach a human is email: support@bookwizardai.com. Include your account email, project name (if relevant), and what you were trying to do — Autobook run, cover export, Publish Studio fields, Chrome extension autofill, or billing. Screenshots of error states help us reproduce issues without a long back-and-forth.

We handle studio bugs, token and billing questions, and “is this the right workflow for my niche?” guidance. We cannot log into your Amazon KDP account or submit titles on your behalf — you remain the publisher. We can, however, tell you which BookWizard export files map to which KDP upload slots.

For policy questions about Amazon (royalties, account health, category rules), Amazon Support and KDP Help remain authoritative. We translate those constraints into product guidance; we do not override Amazon.

Check these pages before you write in

Many questions are already answered on /faq, /pricing, /how-it-works, and /kdp-checklist. If you are comparing tools, /compare and the /alternatives/* pages explain positioning. New publishers often find /glossary and /resources enough to unblock intake decisions like trim size and paperback vs ebook.

Agencies onboarding multiple seats should mention that in your email subject line (e.g., “Agency onboarding”) so we can prioritize workflow advice — bookshelf hygiene, token visibility, and standardized export manifests for clients.

Feature requests are welcome at the same address. Describe the KDP job you are trying to finish; we prioritize roadmap items that remove operational friction for upload-ready packs.

  • Bugs: steps to reproduce + browser + project id if you have one
  • Billing: last four of card is unnecessary — account email is enough
  • KDP upload confusion: attach checklist.md from your export when possible

What we can (and cannot) help with

We can help you use Autobook, interpret fix-manifest findings, choose trim-aware exports, draft listing fields in Publish Studio, and understand token usage. We can point you to guides like /kdp-cover-generator and /kdp-keywords-generator when the question is strategic rather than a bug.

We cannot guarantee Amazon approval, rankings, or royalties. We cannot provide legal advice on copyright, trademarks, or rights. We cannot bypass Amazon’s AI disclosure requirements — truthful answers are your responsibility.

If you need hands-on production beyond software (full ghostwriting service, managed ads), say so — we may point you to agency-friendly workflows inside BookWizard rather than pretending to be a services firm.

Response expectations

We aim to respond to support@bookwizardai.com within one to two business days. Peak launch weeks can run longer; put “billing” or “urgent outage” in the subject when access is blocked.

Security or account-takeover concerns should be emailed immediately with as much detail as you can safely share. Do not send passwords.

Prefer self-serve? Start a studio account from the CTA below, explore /showcase for public examples, and use /resources as your map.
